Issue - meetings

The Board considered a report which contained the minutes relating to the Children and Young People Portfolio which had been considered by the Executive Board since the last meeting.

            Arising from Minute No. EXB9 it was noted that there was one final piece of legal paperwork to be completed for the transfer from Halton High to the Academy and the company had reserved the right until 1^st February 2011 to re-consider their position.

            RESOLVED: That the Minutes be noted.
