1.To enable the Council to apply for Intermediary Status to deliver the government’s Kick Start Programme
2.The Council is required to submit its proposals to become an intermediary for the programme within a short time frame and the deadline for expressions of interest falls just outside the Council’s normal reporting timelines.
This is a competitive process and, therefore, it is important that the Council outlines its interest as quickly as possible. A delay could render our submission null and void.
