Decision:

Due to scale, depth and volume of change and improvement required alongside continued service operation, there is an increased demand on robust communications across the directorate. Although there is existing comms teams and staff there is a need for dedicated resources to ensure that the joining of comms planning is robust and aligned across multiple areas of improvement and transformation.
