72 Former Castaway Site - Land Disposal

The Board considered a report of the Strategic Director, Enterprise,
Community and Resources, on the disposal of the former Castaway Site, Widnes.
The Board was advised that, following negotiations, heads of terms had been
agreed in principle for the Council to sell the land as indicated on the plan appended
to the report. Details of the proposed use of the land were set out in the
report.
RESOLVED: That disposal of part of the former Castaway Site, as shown edged blue on the plan attached to the report, for the sum stated in the report, be approved.
