This report was agreed by the Executive Board on 21st September 2006 and has been included on this agenda for information only. A copy of the Statement of Consultation referred to within the report is available on the Council’s Website.
Minutes:
The Board considered a report of the Strategic Director – Environment, the recommendations of which had previously been agreed by the Executive Board on 21st September 2006.
The report had sought approval for the adoption of the final versions of the Halebank Regeneration Action Area Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and the Ditton Strategic Railfreight Park SPD, subject to any further minor editorial or technical amendments required. It was noted that the SPDs were not yet adopted as the authority first had to produce an adoption status report in line with statutory guidance.
The Board considered the potential implications for the SPD of the recent application for registration of a Village Green. It was advised that this would be considered by officers and a report would be submitted to a future meeting.
RESOLVED: That the report be noted.
