          The Minutes of the meeting held on 20 April 2023 were taken as read and signed as a correct record.

RESOLVED:  That Council be recommended to appoint Councillor Mike Wharton as the Leader and Councillor Dave Thompson as the Deputy Leader of the Council for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.

The Board considered a report of the Chief Executive, regarding appointments to the Council’s Boards, Committees and Scrutiny Co-ordinator post, and the re-appointment of a non-voting co-optee to the Health Policy and Performance Board, for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.

A list of Committee and Board memberships was tabled at the meeting.

RESOLVED:  That Council be recommended to make the following appointments:

1)    to the Council’s Boards, Committees and Scrutiny Co-ordinator post, for the 2023/24 Municipal Year; and

2)    Mr David Wilson - Healthwatch Halton, be re-appointed as non voting Co-optee to the Health Policy and Performance Board, for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.
