- 17/00504/FUL - Proposed development of 118 dwellings (including affordable housing) together with associated works including access and landscapoing on former BPI site off Warrington road, Widnes, Cheshire Minutes: The consultation procedure undertaken was outlined in the report together with background information in respect of the site. Officers advised the Committee that since the report was published the applicant had submitted a number of small amendments and provided additional information that may discharge a number of the conditions recommended in the report. They requested that delegated authority be granted to the Operational Director – Planning, Policy and Transportation to attach the appropriate conditions in light of the amendments, in consultation with the Chair or Vice Chair of the Committee. The Committee agreed with the request for delegated powers as discussed above. RESOLVED: that delegated authority is given to the Operational Director – Planning, Policy and Transportation, to approve the application and to attach appropriate conditions, in consultation with the Chair or Vice Chair of the Committee. |
