Revocation of a Single Status Driver’s Licence with immediate effect under section 61(1)(b) and (2B) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
There is reasonable cause to revoke the licence and it appears that the interests of public safety require the revocation of the licence to have immediate effect.
