All Members of Halton’s Children’s Trust, stakeholder groups including a Parent and Carers Forum, Halton Youth Cabinet and a wide variety of other young people’s groups that are organised through partner agencies on the Children’s Trust. Also at events such as the My Halton event.
Consultation both through a paper-based and online survey.
Any person wishing to make representations should do so in writing to Gerald Meehan, Strategic Director Children and Young People by 31 March 2011.
