External partners including Registered Providers of social housing, PCT, Police, Cheshire Fire and Rescue, Job Centre Plus and for comment through established partnership structures such as the Halton Strategic Partnership and Halton Housing Partnership. A copy will also be posted on the Council’s website for public comment.
