Consultation process
A copy of the consultation draft will be circulated to service users and carers who access substance misuse, external partners including the NHS, Job Centre Plus etc, for comment via established partnership structures such as the Safer Halton Partnership.
A copy of the Strategy will also be posted on the Council’s website to invite members of the public to comment on the draft.
