The Stobart Group and Legal Services. Company documentation has been distributed to the Partners for comment. Their comments have been considered and taken on Board where appropriate, whilst protecting the Council’s interest. Further time is being allowed for the newly formed Stobart Group to consider the documentation and provide additional comments; this will occur autumn 2007.
