Consultation process
All full cost
clients affected will be fully consulted prior to the change being implemented
(as of March 2021, there are 17 clients that will see their charges
increase). This will involve notifying
clients that their charges are set to increase and how they will be impacted at
an individual level. They will also be
given information regarding their alternative options (i.e. 24-hour care or a
private arrangement). Those affected will be fully supported by the Council
throughout the process.
Any person wishing to
make representations should do so in writing to Sue Wallace-Bonner by 17 June
2021.
