(i) Note the outcome of the formal open
procurement exercise for the provision of an Integrated Specialist Adult
Community Substance Misuse Service for Halton; and
(ii) Approve the award of a contract for the provision of an Integrated Specialist Adult Community Substance Misuse Service for Halton for the period of three years (with two possible one year extensions).
