|
Direct award of the Halton Integrated Sexual Health Public Health Service Contract 2026 via Provider Selection Regime – Direct Award Process C. Warrington Borough Council will be the lead commissioning authority. Reason for taking the item in Part II: The public interest in not disclosing relates to the financial or business affairs of any person (including the authority holding that information). Circulation of the information has the potential to compromise the financial and business affairs of the Council and third parties. It is in the public interest to apply the exemption to avoid the Council breaching its contractual obligations and compromising the Council’s financial position. |
